- Conchair Office Hours:
- In building a great team to run this year's convention, we want to make the conchair and senior staff available for questions, comments, and concerns. If you want to discuss something about a specific area of the convention, such as the Info Desk, you may be best served to write email to that particular area's email alias, which can be found on the Org Chart. If you have a broader comment or question, however, please drop in during the Conchair Office Hours! The schedule can be found on the Arisia Calendar of Events. If you have an idea for something new to bring to Arisia, this is an opportunity to propose it. If you are a division or department head, this is also an excellent opportunity to discuss your area with senior staff, should you so desire.
- Proposals for 2011:
- Arisia will have dance events in a dedicated dance space all con long! Want to help coordinate what kind of dance happens? Please email events@arisia.org to be put in touch with the dance event organizer.
- Do not feel constrained to the format of panels! If you're interested in doing something at Arisia, or seeing it happen, please propose it! Send email to proposals@arisia.org in order to reach both the Events and Program coordinators. Please be aware, though, that the draft schedule is already under way. If you want to get on board, the time to send email is now.
